“Colin Fulcher aka Barney Bubbles (30 July 1942 – 14 November 1983) was a radical English graphic artist, whose work primarily encompassed the disciplines of graphic design, painting and music video direction. He is most renowned for his distinctive contribution to the graphic design associated with the British independent music scene during the 1970s and early 1980s. His symbol-laden and riddle-laden record sleeves were his most visible output.”

Anthony Burrill
For those who missed him at the Analog Fest lectures last weekend in The Hague. Or for those of us who recognize and know the work but know nothing of the artist. Here is a small profile on artist/designer Anthony Burrill. A really nice guy with really great and iconic work.
“Anthony Burrill’s persuasive, up-beat illustration and design has been commissioned by cultural, social and commercial clients across the world. He has also gained a following in the design world for his innovative collaborations with friends and fellow artists, designers, print-makers and film-makers. Printmaking is an important part of Burrill’s practice and he creates limited edition prints with slogans including “Work Hard and Be Nice to People” that have become mantras for the design community and beyond.”
